About the Project
OTL Group successfully delivered a £650k contract for the construction of a new classroom extension catering to children with disabilities at Mount Stuart Primary School in Cardiff. This extension project, executed under JCT 2016 SBC/Q, involved meticulous planning and coordination with the school staff to minimize disruptions during construction. The scope included a single-storey extension with detailed roof works, specialized hoists, wet room, accessible facilities, and comprehensive electrical and heating installations.
