About the Project
OTL undertook the extensive refurbishment of Reene Court, a supported accommodation unit in Newport, Wales. With a contract value of £1.12 million, the project aimed to enhance living conditions for vulnerable residents. Partially funded by NHS Wales, the work was executed under JCT 2016 SBC/Q, showcasing a commitment to exceptional outcomes while prioritizing the well-being of residents.
Scope of Works
